We all know skin covers our entire body. It is a layer of protection so that the muscles and veins inside the body will not be exposed to all harmful external factors. The skin helps us regulate heat and prevent our body from failing due to overexposure to heat or humidity. Aside from that, the skin also makes you look presentable. It makes looking at another person easier. Skin apart from protecting us, also makes us look good. It is also our job to take care of our skin so it can continue to protect us. These said products claim to keep the signs of aging at bay, including wrinkles, age spots and dry skin. These are also the same products that promise to prevent acne and other skin imperfections. While these expensive products can be beneficial for your skin, there are other facial skin care methods, including the use of facial steamer, which can also help maintain a youthful skin.

1. Stay out of the sun or use a sunscreen. Skin experts have long warned people out of staying under the sun without protection.  While sporting a balanced and beautiful golden skin in the summer can reel in some admiration and appreciation, it will also give you skin damage in the process.
