What is Noni?

Mengkudi, Morinda citrifolia, more commonly known as Noni, is a small flowering shrub typically found in Polynesia, Asia and Australia.  The shrub itself can grow up to 10 feet in height with leaves that are oval shaped of dark green color.  Plants usually start yielding fruits in less than two years after planting.   Once mature, the fruits are yellow color with a strong odor.
