Stewed Wood Ear Soup with Green Apple – Serves 2

Ingredients
- Green Apple – 1 count
- Rock Sugar – 100g
- White Wood Ear – 100g (available at most Chinese supermarket)
- Water 1500mL
Preparation
- Soak the white wood ear in water for 60 minutes until soft.
- Remove the seeds from the green apple and cut the apple into wedges
- Place the 1500mL of water in a steam able container
- Add green apple, dipped white wood ear and rock sugar
- Steam it for 30 minutes
I’ve said that least 1313934 times. The problem this like that is they are just too compilcated for the average bird, if you know what I mean
