Coconut Mango Dessert – Serves 2

Ingredients
- Mango – 3 about 100g
- Coconut Milk – 100cc
- Sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Cooked Mini Tapioca – 120g
- Water 500mL
Preparation
- To make the tapioca: Pour the cooked tapioca, water and sugar in a pot. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Cool at room temperature and place in the refrigerator.
- Beat about 70g mango with a blender.
- Spoon 30g mango, mashed mango and tapioca into the bowl. Pour coconut milk while eating
